Description TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support technician to support their client in Asheville, NC. This person will be providing IT support for their desktop maintenance and deployment/upgrade projects and systems monitoring. Projects include (but aren't limited to) removal of the old hardware, installation of the new hardware and could involve the installation of new peripherals (printers, monitors etc). This position requires prior Desktop Support experience in hardware troubleshooting and break fix, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and software support. This position will be fully on-site, M-F.
