\nHoneywell’s ACST team is seeking a Desktop Support person for our Chandler, AZ location.
\nYOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
\nDeliver responsive and effective service to our customers\nBe an advocate for our users with different teams across Honeywell\nPerform troubleshooting and escalate issues to correct team\nEnsure closure of issues to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction\nProvide contemporary services and make it easy for users to engage with IT\nCreate and maintain development of self-help documents and end user training\nAssist with IT asset set-up and decommissioning: Installs, moves, adds, changes\nMaintain equipment stock and inventory items as needed\nSupport a growing user base across multiple sites around the country\nTravel as needed\n\nIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. \n\nHigh school diploma/GED\nMinimum 12+ months’ experience providing desktop support\n\n\n
