Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be supporting end-users, troubleshooting issues, and participating in IT projects within our organization. Responsibilities: • Support end-users by addressing their queries and restoring their systems and networks to optimum efficiency using various tools and methods. • Monitor the performance of devices and systems, coordinating setup activities to prevent service disruptions. • Handle service desk requests, collaborating with various support organizations to ensure seamless IT service delivery. • Contribute to IT projects, coordinating work efforts to achieve successful outcomes. • Maintain support documentation to assist in service restoration and minimize the impact of unplanned outages. • Facilitate the IT procurement process when necessary Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar • Proficient knowledge and practical experience with Cisco Technologies • Demonstrated competency in Citrix Technologies • Experience with Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies • Proficiency in Active Directory and Backup Technologies • Familiarity with Configuration Management • Experience in using ITSM tools, specifically BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite and ServiceNow ITSM • Proficient in using Windows 10 and Office 365 • Proven track record in End-User Support • Experience with Imaging Devices • Ability to set up and manage Computer Systems for accounting purposes • Skilled in creating and maintaining Technical Documentation • Experience in handling Purchase Requests • Familiarity with Intune is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
