Desktop Support Analyst
Join the IT department of a leading global law firm. They are searching for a full-time onsite Desktop Support Analyst in Chicago, IL. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of roles under the direction of the Manager of End User Computing.
This company works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging startups. You will be providing white glove and end-user-based service to efficiently and quickly provide technical assistance both onsite and remote. You will gain extensive experience in software, user training, and support of conferencing audio and video, desktops, printers, and more.


Required Skills & Experience 8+ Years of Professional Experience Technical Proficiency: testing and troubleshooting PC’s, phones, and laptops Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build strong relationships with end users. Configuration and Maintenance: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and video/audio conferencing systems.
