Description Desktop Support Analyst We are on the lookout for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As part of the team, you will be instrumental in providing support for desktop hardware, software, and networking systems. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the industry. Responsibilities: • Provide support for desktop hardware, including printers and scanners. • Troubleshoot issues with O365 and Active Directory. • Utilize RMM tools effectively for system management. • Handle VPN Support and resolve any related issues. • Be responsible for the support of various software. • Manage and support networking systems. • Utilize your knowledge of Cisco Technologies in day-to-day tasks. • Apply your expertise in Citrix Technologies for system support. • Use your skills in Computer Hardware for maintaining and troubleshooting devices. • Leverage Dell Technologies for system support and maintenance. • Manage and support Apple Devices within the office environment. • Utilize Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity. • Handle Configuration Management to ensure system stability.
