Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Desktop Support Professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in desktop support in the Houston area. The chosen candidate will be responsible for offering advanced technical assistance to our clients and working in synergy with the IT team to solve system-related issues efficiently. Responsibilities: + Lead first-line support to end-users for a range of IT-related issues and requests. + Manage and maintain Email services, with specific expertise in O365. + Oversee user administration in Active Directory. + Address and troubleshoot system performance, network connectivity, application conflicts, and hardware failures. + Ensure timely resolutions of incidents while maintaining high user satisfaction. + Collaborate with vendors to facilitate necessary system updates, patches, and equipment. + Develop and update comprehensive user and system documentation. + Mentor junior staff in the team and contribute to their development. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: + Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Desktop Support role. + Proficient experience with O365 email service. + Strong knowledge in managing Active Directory Services. + Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. + Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently and diligently. + Proficiency in various software, hardware, systems, and networks. + Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or MCSE would be advantageous.
