Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Charleston, South Carolina. This role is in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, and it involves addressing and resolving end-user issues, tracking user incidents, and managing mobile device environments, among other tasks. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage and troubleshoot various aspects of mobile device environment, including devices like iPhones, iPads, and Androids. • Carry out software deployments as and when necessary. • Maintain an accurate inventory of surplus equipment. • Efficiently respond to and keep track of user incident and request work activities via a ticketing system. • Resolve end-user issues, ensuring timely updates to the affected users. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network printers, scanners, and local printers. • Ensure the accurate processing of customer credit applications. • Maintain precise and up-to-date customer credit records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed.
