Desktop Support Analyst
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in our Chicago office, operating within the detail-oriented services industry. This role will require you to be onsite and provide comprehensive technical support to our users, with a focus on problem resolution and user satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Delivering efficient and reliable support to users, aiding with deskside assistance primarily • Solving a variety of tech-related issues, with a focus on Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies • Demonstrating proficiency in handling computer hardware and Dell Technologies • Managing Active Directory and Apple Devices in accordance with company policies • Ensuring data protection through reliable Backup Technologies and Configuration Management • Utilizing Intapp and iManage for effective task and document management • Employing Kofax Capture for document scanning and data extraction • Ensuring secure web transactions through Zscaler • Maintaining expertise in Citrix systems for virtualization, networking, and cloud services. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with a strong ability to troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance. • Solid understanding of Cisco Technologies, with experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco network systems. • Expertise in Citrix Technologies, demonstrating the ability to manage and resolve Citrix server issues. • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, able to diagnose and repair hardware issues effectively. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, with the ability to utilize Dell software and hardware solutions to support business operations. • Experience with Active Directory, capable of managing user accounts and access controls. • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and software updates. • Knowledge of Backup Technologies, ensuring data security and recovery in case of system failures. • Expertise in Configuration Management, with the ability to maintain and improve system settings for optimal performance. • Familiarity with Intapp, capable of navigating its features to support detail-oriented services operations. • Proficiency in using iManage, with a demonstrated ability to manage documents and emails effectively. • Experience with Kofax Capture, with the ability to manage document capture processes. • Knowledge of Zscaler, with the ability to manage cloud security solutions. • Demonstrated skills in Citrix, with the ability to manage Citrix environments and troubleshoot issues effectively.
