Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team located in Downers Grove, Illinois. This role involves a myriad of tasks including customer application processing, customer record maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Troubleshoot and maintain a variety of hardware components including PCs, laptops, and printers • Install and maintain Windows-based servers and various operating systems and software applications • Provide user support and issue resolution via various communication channels like phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems • Manage incidents and provide hardware and software support • Manage user accounts and access control • Oversee asset management • Lead telecommunication, audio/visual (AV), handheld terminal, and printer deployment projects • Research, recommend, implement, and maintain audio/visual (AV) solutions • Use skills such as Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, Configuration Management, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library effectively to perform all duties.
