Purpose:
Athene is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Information Technology Desktop Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive deskside and remote support, ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple locations. This role demands a blend of advanced technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and effective collaboration with various teams to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure.
Accountabilities:
+ Technical Support: Provide desk side and remote support to resolve hardware and software issues.
+ User Assistance: Help users via chat, onboard new users, and manage IT tickets.
+ Collaboration: Work with Athene/Apollo network, end user, and asset management teams for troubleshooting, testing, and improving systems.
+ Setup and Maintenance: Handle desk moves, new setups, hardware recoveries, and mobile device support.
+ System Support: Support Windows 10/11, Mac OS, AVD, printers, and AV equipment in meeting rooms.
+ VIP Support: Offer after-hours support for VIP users.
+ Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of issues and solutions.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
+ Knowledge of network and EUT systems.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
+ Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure.
+ Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Requiring travel to: Philadelphia, Connecticut, Toronto and other New York offices on an as needed basis to assist in those locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: Proven desktop support experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OS. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MDM, Intune, SCCM, imaging, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals.
Certifications: Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Additional Skills: Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), ITIL processes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and provide after-hours support.
$54,706.40 - $82,059.60 USD Annual
Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
