Self-funding can incur risks from catastrophic claims, and Medical Stop Loss insurance from Tokio Marine HCC is designed to protect employers from that risk.This is hybrid role located onsite in Kennesaw, GAPosition Summary:Supports, configures, and maintains workstations, servers, applications, software, and access controls in support of business processing requirements for End Users.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the installation of new software releases and system upgrades; evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.Monitor and tune EUS-managed systems to achieve optimum performance levels.Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.Perform system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory and MacOS environment.Perform routine preventative maintenance on all managed hardware on a routine and scheduled basis.Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.Support, maintain, and administer third-party Windows and MacOS applications.Act as second-level support for desktop issues.Assist in guiding, training, and directing desktop support activities and initiatives.Create and publish knowledge base articles for Enterprise Support.Education, Experience & Knowledge:Minimum High School or GEDPreferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Computer Science, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.6 Years relevant and progressive professional experience in desktop support administration (or 2 years if degreed)Required to have ITIL Foundation certificationRequired to have Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certificationMust have strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of multi-site, mixed-technology enterprise environmentsExperienced with the administration in Microsoft Active Directory and Access Control Policies.Moderate working knowledge of Microsoft back office products, including Systems Management Server (SMS) or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)Sound working knowledge of network infrastructure and operations, including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IPSound working knowledge of remote access technologyPossess and have ability to apply knowledge of principles, practices, and proceduresSolid written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacyAdvanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company’s business to proactively respond to changing business environmentIntermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)MacOS Management utilizing JAMF platform, including application deployments, security policy administration, and patch managementTokio Marine offers a competitive salary and benefits package including:Generous paid time off (PTO), 12 paid company holidays,401(k) Retirement Plan with 6% company match.Health and dental insurance, vision plan available.Company provided long-term disability and life insurance.Opportunities for advancement in a successful and growing organization.Flexible work schedules and a great work/life balance.Paid Parental Leave.Volunteer Time Off.Enjoy casual dress and work in a modern, comfortable office with free parking.Hybrid work scheduleThe Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
