Rivers Agile specializes in building software products for other small- to medium-sized businesses. As a “product company for hire,” we form into small teams tasked with the full lifecycle development of a software product. Our engineers are the heart of that. Location: this position requires onsite work 4 days per week (on average) at the Southpointe business park in Canonsburg, PA. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Technical skills: + 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, IT operations, or support + Proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, including the ability to transition from older software (SCCM) and retire it + Ability to design, build, support, and improve all aspects of desktop environment management + Experience with building, managing, and testing automated self-service software delivery and computer imaging tools + Experience with vulnerability mitigation, patching, monitoring deployments, and resolving issues + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve second or third level support issues + Knowledge of SCCM, Entra, Active Directory, MDM, hypervisor technologies (Microsoft, VMWare, etc.), VDI solutions (Microsoft, Citrix, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Other expectations: + Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience + Demonstrates accountability to internal and external customers, supporting their needs with maturity and professionalism even when they are frustrated or wrong + Takes ownership of their responsibilities and demonstrates integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and diversity in working with others + Adapts to change and ambiguity in a resourceful, positive, and professional manner + Applies technical and industry knowledge to offer creative and relevant solutions to our clients Package: salaried position, bonus program, full benefits (medical, dental, vision, supplementary), holidays, paid time off, 401(k) plan, good work-life balance   Powered by JazzHR
