Desktop Support Engineer - Onsite - Atlanta
A customer of Insight Global is looking for one or two Desktop Support Engineers to support their Buckhead and Alpharetta offices. They will be supporting around 700 end users 600 real estate agents and 90 staff members. This person will need to have excellent customer service and communication skills. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for around 30-40 tickets per week, which will be anything from password resets to system updates and troubleshooting. This person will also be onsite so there will be ad-hoc requests that come in throughout the day as the end users are in and out of the office. The team utilizes ZenDesk as their ticketing system. The engineer will also need to make sure that weekly all-hands meetings run smoothly from an A/V perspective and will be the go-to technical support person in the office. They could need to troubleshoot phones, printers, or any other office equipment as well. There are also tickets and requests that revolve around Okta and Active Directory. About 85% of the end users are using Apple devices, and the remaining 15% are using Windows devices. We are searching for someone who is patient and extremely customer-focused, because the end users are a diverse group with varying levels of technical knowledge. Longevity is very important for this customer they are looking for someone to join the team and grow with their organization for years to come.

Compensation:
$25/hr to $30/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
