The ideal candidate leads a team of IT professionals to deliver technical and leadership support focusing on exceptional customer service, satisfaction and timeliness withing the organization’s budget. The IT support team is the “face of IT” to all internal business customers, vendors and contractors.  You will serve as a technical expert, leader and mentor for the team as well as supporting strategic initiatives to enhance DN’s IT/Digital footprint.
