• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of IT service management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on End User Computing within the BFSI sector.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of desktop operations, MECM, virtualization (VDI, Citrix DaaS), deployment strategies, GPO, vulnerability management, AppSense, Ivanti, and application packaging.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in BFSI regulatory requirements related to IT security, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience with AI-driven IT support solutions, endpoint security tools, and digital experience monitoring.
• Familiarity with modern workspace technologies, Windows Autopilot, and cloud-based EUC solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to service improvement.
