About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support to end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system installations, configuring workstations, and ensuring optimal system performance. The specialist will handle service requests, maintain IT assets, assist with user account management, and support system upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
