Requirements Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for hardware and software issues. * Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory. * Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 applications. * Maintain and update documentation for IT support procedures. * Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. * Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration. * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Relevant certifications are a plus.
