Responsibilities:
* Resolving general helpdesk tickets for end-users within a Windows environment
* Active Directory Group/User/Password changes
* Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
* Providing basic training in computer operation and management
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Following escalation procedures
* General software access issues
* Provide in person and onsite technical support to a wide range of user
* Identifying outdated documentation
* Other tasks as required
