Summary:
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software and related infrastructure. The technician will independently assist and support 50 users across two organizations at all three locations.

Duties:
On-site and remote tier 1 & 2, limited 3 support
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Minimal hardware repair
Networking and infrastructure support
System Administrator functions
Active directory administration
Software installation & patching
Security monitoring & threat mitigation
Cloud-Based Administration
Other IT-related duties as needed
Education:
AS/BS is preferred in related field. Industry certifications CompITA A+, Net+, Security+ or related certification.
Experience:
Knowledge of legal data systems or work-processes, experience with Office 365 administration and desktop/remote user support.
Travel:
This position supports three locations and is exempt. No mileage reimbursement is authorized and the technician will be responsible for his/her own transport to and from support sites
