Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT hardware troubleshooting, Level 1 networking support, and providing exceptional user support. You will be the first point of contact for our team members' technical issues and play a key role in maintaining and supporting their technology needs. Responsibilities: + Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues + Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking issues (TCP/IP, VPN, etc.) + Assist users with software and system configurations + Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls + Perform hardware repairs, installations, and upgrades + Document and track issues using the ticketing system + Provide technical training and support to end users Requirements Experience in desktop support, IT hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently A+ or similar certifications are a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
