Desktop Support Technician
A global law firm client of Insight Global's is seeking to hire a L2/L3 Desktop Support Technician to join for a 6-month contract-to-hire supporting their Houston office. This role involves acting as a liaison between IT and non-IT staff, ensuring that technology needs are met effectively. The Technician will support various hardware and software solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technology systems, all while advocating for the technology needs of the office. In this role, technical ability is equally important as white-glove service, punctuality, and work ethic. While on contract, this individual is looking to make $25-30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
