• Configure and size the solution for the project based on conceptual ideas, material flow diagram, and project information.
• Create technical throughput calculations of various products and subsystems, to size and check the feasibility of the solution.
• Create a 3D-model of the solution and make sure that all relevant metadata to the components and project is filled out correctly so the model can be used in the next steps of the offer phase.
• Identify and apply as much as possible standard products, modules, subsystems and solutions.
• Continuously improve technical component knowledge, to identify and apply the right components for the project.
• Together with the sales manager participate in customer meetings to better understand the customer requirements, site conditions and to present the proposed solution.
• Attend internal review meetings with other departments, such as CE-compliance and engineering, to capture the required adjustments to the solution.
• Create visuals such as 2D exports, renders, Enscape exports, and animations to explain the proposed solution.
• Create a visual representation of the material flow based on the finished offer layout.
Adhere to and contribute to the best practices and tools used within the solution design community.
Tasks and Qualifications:• Strong in the following traits: effective communication skills, ability to conceptualize and create 3D-models and have a 'getting things done' mindset.
• You are communicative and are fluent in English and LOCAL LANGUAGE. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You can work fluently with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD is a plus.
