Corteva Agriscience™ has an exciting opportunity to join North America Supply Chain as a Detailed Production Scheduler supporting our Crop Protection business. The Detailed Production Scheduler is responsible for converting the Master Production Schedule into a daily/weekly schedule for assigned products and/or manufacturing location(s) to most effectively deliver product supply in alignment with demand. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and collaborating with multiple businesses, functions, and geographies to ensure the execution of a reliable Supply Chain to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily plant production schedules by product and work center for assigned plants following production plansAccountable for Performance of Local Supply Team (LST) to ensure successful execution of the planLead weekly LST meetings to determine and communicate feasible schedule for the short term and ensure that all functions are alignedConvert the Master Production Schedule (planned orders) into daily/weekly firm planned orders for the short term which is critical to enable effective and efficient Raw Material and Distribution Resource plansMonitor open orders and daily production performance to schedule and ensure S4 is managed in alignment with Raw Material and Distribution plansMonitor weekly production performance to schedule. Escalate issues and recommended actions when future plans or customer orders may be impacted.Manage assigned Master DataResponsible for providing supply updates for abnormal demand in the Short-Term Exception processResponsible for Short Term Unfulfilled/Exceptions in WD5-8 Communication with Export Partners and Demand on production schedule changes that impact shipments or customer service

BS in Engineering, Supply Chain or related technical field 2-5 Years experience in supply chain, manufacturing, scheduling, and planningA minimum of 1 year experience in a Detailed Scheduling role preferredTechnical proficiency with SAP ECC/APO or similar planning tools is highly desirableAPICS Certification preferred or strong commitment to attain within 2 years Certifications in Six Sigma and/or Lean are preferredUnderstanding of Supply Chain Fundamentals – APICS CPIM knowledge or equivalent work experience/education*Please note there is no visa sponsorship available for this position
