We are searching for a Top Secret cleared DevOps Engineer to join our team in Quantico, VA. As a DevOps Engineer on this program, you will collaborate closely with enterprise and solutions architects to identify and implement cloud migration opportunities for multiple systems and applications. Your expertise will drive the optimization of development pipelines, helping automate complex systems and ensuring seamless integration across environments. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of AWS Cloud Services to install, configure, and optimize those services, ensuring the highest level of efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the infrastructure and processes that enable faster delivery and continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with enterprise and solutions architects to design and execute cloud migration strategies for applications and systems. Configure, deploy, and optimize AWS Cloud Services, ensuring infrastructure is scalable, cost-effective, and highly available. Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal system operation across development, testing, and production environments. Continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline to increase deployment speed, quality, and reliability. Work closely with development teams to integrate new features and ensure smooth transitions between development, staging, and production environments. Provide guidance on best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization in cloud environments. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary improvements based on findings. Collaborate in knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the team on cloud technologies and automation practices. Stay updated on AWS innovations and cloud technologies to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Requirements: Provides technical guidance and skills in support of information systems development and integration efforts. Performs in a variety of technical areas including systems requirements analysis, data analysis and engineering, systems design, systems development, computer programming, systems testing and deployment, quality assurance, configuration management, and systems documentation. May serve as a technical lead for a task or project. Provides technical and administrative support for information systems development tasks, including execution of technical tasks, the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with schedules. Coordinates with management staff to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction. Clearance Required: Top Secret Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related field.
