PRIMARY DUTIESTranslate business requirements into specifications to implement reporting solutions that enable data-driven management practices.Provide functional support and testing of ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator integration platform to source data from multiple campus ERP systems into enterprise data warehouse.Assist in the configuration, development and coordination of dashboards and reports created from multiple data sources to support decision making and planning at all levels of the university.Configure and test transactional and adhoc reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.Assist with design and implementation of business intelligence processes technology best practices and standards.Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.Assist with designing and delivering ongoing training for campus customers/end users.Ensure system integrity and efficiency.Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure project goals are met.Performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.Experience: Two (2) years of related experience working with enterprise applications (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud Fusion, Oracle E Business Suite, etc.) using data analysis including extracting, converting, and transforming data from enterprise applications and loading data into a data warehouse, and business intelligence tools for data modeling.Certification/Licensure:General knowledge and understanding of SQL and database technology.Other: Except for qualifications established by law, additional related experience and formal education in which one has gained the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for full performance of the work of the job class may be substituted for the education or experience requirement on a year-for-year basis with 30 undergraduate college credits being equivalent to one year of related experience. In instances where specific education and/or experience is required only directly related education and/or experience may be substituted.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESKnowledge of position requirements. Knowledge of all applicable requirements, regulations, and laws. Skill in effective use of applicable technology/systems. Hiring Range: $84,000 - $91,000, commensurate with education and experience.
