Qualifications
BacHelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field5+ years of software development experienceExtensive experience in IBM Datacap development, administration and configurationExtensive experience designing and implementing Datacap solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrationsExtensive experience with MS SQL databasesExperience with .NET languages (C# or VB.NET), VBScript, and JavaScriptExperience with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teamsExperience with Windows serversExcellent communication and documentation skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred experience in FileNet P8Preferred experience integrating Datacap with other 3rd party applicationsPreferred experience with Google Gemini and VertexPreferred experience using monitoring tools like DynatraceResponsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IBM Datacap solutions that integrate seamlessly with FileNet 5.5Design and develop capture technologies including OCR, Barcode Recognition, and Document Classification and ExtractionDevelop and maintain Datacap applications, configurations, and workflows to support document capture, processing, and managementConduct thorough testing and quality assurance of Datacap solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performanceProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Datacap-related issues, collaborating with IT teams and vendors as neededTuning databases and application serversPerform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environmentSetting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alertsCoordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to ensure overall successStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document capture and management technologiesHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
