Design, code, test, and debug software systems under the direction of the project manager or team leader. Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques. Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification functionality requirements. Troubleshoot technical problems. Provide technical support on developed systems. Participate in peer reviews and follow establishes development standards Work with team members to define detailed specifications for specific system and sub-system functionality requirements.
People
Provide basic technical guidance to other roles within the team Provide training to other junior or new colleagues, begin to contribute to the broader developer community
Clients
Participate in client meetings and understand business needs driving technology. Able to translate technical information to business language that can be understood by the customers
Financial
Assist in determining requirements for estimating project budget and timelines.The Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related areaProficient and experienced in using OOP, C#, .Net and MS SQLWorking knowledge in RDBMS, HTML, SOA, ORM, JavaScript, CSSExperience in systems development techniques and methodologies (data modeling, entity relationship diagramming and functional decomposition) are preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience working with the US is preferredAbility to work on "virtual" teams with members from different geographic areasSelf-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projectsCommitted to quality and continuous improvement
