What you'll do

 

 

Demonstrate technical as well as functional skills required to support our customers in SAP S/4 HANA Develop deep functional expertise and take product ownership in the module assigned to you. Drive and execute the product backlog of the development scrum team. Align the development, testing and delivery of the scenario and focus topics of the scrum team. Talking through requirements with architects and topic experts and contribute to backlog refinement. Develop high quality code, document, and execute unit tests, integration, and acceptance tests for functions of high complexity. Act as technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions. Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build and testing phases of project. Work closely with product experts, remote development teams and other experts to ensure efficient development execution with strong adherence to development processes. Resolve complex issues within your area of expertise and mentor other team members.

 

What you bring

 

 

You hold a degree in computer science or engineering (or a related field) and have 8+ years of experience in development of S/4HANA software solutions based on ABAP OO, RAP, Fiori/UI5 with high performance, scalability, usability, and quality.

 

Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming To ensure quality related standards, you are already practicing Test Driven Development (TDD), code reviews, and refactoring in your daily development process Embrace responsibility for ensuring high quality in development and maintenance Proven experience in RAP-based implementations delivering enhancements in Fiori Object Pages and corresponding OData services, implementing APIs Knowledge on SAP Fiori configuration/Customization Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in working with distributed teams and leading sub-teams of developers and delivering successful results Excellent communication skills with a performance-driven attitude. High level of commitment towards ownership of product/topic will be key for the success
