UST is looking for Work Front Engineer with below requirements, Has knowledge of Workfront and can • Implement and configure Workfront project management platform to meet the organization's needs. • Customize Workfront workflows, templates, and dashboards & reports to streamline project processes and improve overall efficiency. • Manage schedules, including assignments, durations, planned hours, planned, and projected start/completion dates, predecessors and milestones. • Can add new fields and define new fields in the library. • Understands the different types of objects and forms where fields can be used. Provide training and support to team members on how to use Workfront effectively for project planning, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of Workfront with other tools and systems. Has experience writing training materials and delivering training, both one-on-one and in larger groups. Will be responsible for onboarding new employees as well as training existing users on new features or refreshing their knowledge. Has solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Develop and maintain documentation on best practices for using Workfront and project management methodologies. Act as a subject matter expert on Workfront, staying up to date on new features and functionalities to continuously improve project management practices. Analyze data from Workfront reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes.
