Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Expertise in Application Portfolio Management (APM): application inventory, assessments, and business capability mapping. Proven knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM): aligning strategy with execution and managing investments. Solid experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM): planning, managing, and reporting on projects. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Incident Management (EIM): ensuring quick resolution and minimizing impact. Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and compliance. Comprehensive understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM): Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms associated with ITSM, APM, SPM, PPM, EIM, EAM, and ITOM. Knowledge of best practices in IT architecture and optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Certifications related to ITSM, ITOM, or relevant fields.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead development, architecture, and optimization efforts across ITSM, APM, SPM, PPM, EIM, EAM, and ITOM modules. Architect and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management. Oversee Application Portfolio Management (APM) by managing application inventory, assessments, and business capability mapping. Drive Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) by aligning strategy with execution and managing investments. Lead Project Portfolio Management (PPM) by planning, managing, and reporting on projects. Manage Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) processes to ensure quick resolution and minimize impact. Oversee Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) by managing asset lifecycle, maintenance, and compliance. Implement and optimize IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
