EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required.

Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

EXPERIENCE:

Four plus years' experience gathering requirements to define complex data mappings and transformations. Healthcare data and Risk Adjustment experience a plus but not required.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

• Strong SQL skills • Strong knowledge in Power BI.

• Strong knowledge in SSMS, SSIS, Tableau, SAS

• Strong knowledge in Azure tools

• Strong knowledge in Python and R

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with SQL as a tool to solve problems, analyse data, create ad hoc reports and test.

• Strong knowledge in Excel, SharePoint

• Should have knowledge of healthcare domain

• Strong knowledge in T/SQL, PL/SQL

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Proficient in prioritizing, multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.

• Proven independent worker with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Flexible and can adapt to change.
