Developer III - Software Engineering (MS.Net)

Role Proficiency:

Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering

Outcomes:

     Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements.      Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages.      Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components.      Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models      Mentor Developer 1 – Software Engineering and Developer 2 – Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles      Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system      Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation       Assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering on Technical design. Review activities and begin demonstrating Lead 1 capabilities in making technical decisions

The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in .NET development and Oracle SQL along with a solid understanding of the US healthcare billing domain. This role involves providing second-level technical support for critical applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Incident Management: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by L1 support or end-users within defined SLAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Application Support: Monitor application performance and ensure uptime for US healthcare billing systems. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions. Database Management: Write, modify, and optimize Oracle SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Ensure database integrity and compliance with healthcare data security regulations. Development and Automation: Utilize .NET to build or enhance tools that improve operational efficiency. Automate recurring support tasks to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation for troubleshooting, configuration, and issue resolution.
