Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive ServiceNow Admin/Developer to support and manage our ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on platform administration, upgrades, L2 support, ITSM performance optimization, minor enhancements, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, enhance user experience, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Oversee general administration and management of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring reliability and performance. Upgrades & Patch Fixes: Plan, coordinate, and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes to maintain security and functionality. L2 Support: Provide Level 2 support, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues efficiently. ITSM Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance ITSM module performance to improve system efficiency. Reports & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decisions and improve visibility. User Integrations: Manage and troubleshoot user integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems. Minor Enhancements: Implement minor configurations and enhancements to meet evolving business needs while maintaining platform stability.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 3+ years in ServiceNow administration and development with expertise in platform management and ITSM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, L2 support, and ITSM configuration. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong problem-solving skills with experience in managing platform issues and optimizing performance. Reports & Analytics: Hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational insights. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Finance Services Operations (FSO), CMDB, and Discovery. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
