The way we work
It is all based on trust, not micromanaging. Our team members are organized within their scrum teams, working closely with product lead, developers, quality engineers and UX designers. We keep things open, agile and communicative. We value your thoughts and ideas and will give you the freedom to push and implement them!

What you'll do

Develop new native S/4HANA Public Cloud applications and refactor or enhance existing ones using ABAP, JavaScript, Core Data Services (CDS) modeling, OData, and other relevant technologies. Modernize and refine existing application code in accordance with contemporary test automation and architectural standards. Work with a high degree of self-motivation and reliability, applying agile software development principles. Gradually build a broad and deep understanding of the functional and business processes within selected application areas. We are seeking application developers to join one of our scrum teams. You will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced colleagues as you begin your career in SAP. We are looking for individuals with passion, drive, and a strong desire to learn. With guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, you’ll be able to deepen your knowledge and start your professional journey as a Developer, gaining significant insights into SAP's products and processes.

What you bring

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in at least one widely used programming language. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas with team members, including efficient communication in English. Logical, analytical, and process-oriented thinking. You should be effective in problem-solving, results-driven, quality-focused, and practical in your approach. Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments, challenging work, and an international work setting. Familiarity with tools like GitHub is advantageous, though not required at the outset. During your first months, we provide tailored training courses based on your existing knowledge and experience, as well as a buddy program. We value your fresh perspectives and encourage you to actively share your ideas with us, just as we share our expertise with you. Experience in software development is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant experience gained during their studies are also encouraged to apply.
