The job focuses on leading and executing complex automation projects using various smart automation tools and technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The role involves collaborating with solution architects, performing code reviews, ensuring compliance with standards, and optimizing automated processes. It plays a crucial part in providing technical leadership, identifying skill gaps, and recommending innovative automation solutions to meet evolving business needs.


Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex Smart Automation projects Collaborate with solution architects on scalability and maintainability Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain quality standards Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols Lead project planning, estimation, and execution Identify potential risks associated with automation projects Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution Identify skill gaps and provide mentorship/coaching to team members Coordinate with various stakeholders (business leaders, analysts, Information Technology teams) Identify and recommend innovative automation solutions, tools, and technologies
 

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Engineering or a related field 4+ years of hands-on development experience in Smart Automation tools & technologies Expertise in Smart Automation tools & technologies – Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET Very good communication and interpersonal abilities Project management certifications will be preferred (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) Technical skills in Infrastructure, Data Management, Databases, DevOps will be a good addition to have Experience in contributing to knowledge-sharing platforms, presentations, or training sessions is preferred
