Development Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Warehouse Management

What you’ll do

As a developer in Wareshouse Management Engineering team, you will investigate, assess, and solve issues in new and existing code, as well as undertake Continuous Innovation projects and feature enhancements based on customer demand. You will need to work with high quality, reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail, and collaborate closely with your team members to ensure customer success.

 Design, code, and assure the quality of complex solutions via Agile techniques, in an innovative environment with openness for new technologies. Contribute to the Test Driven Development, test automation related to – unit, functional, functional integration, end to end, stress, performance tests. Work closely together with Architects and other team members to ensure effective communication and smoother execution of the project Work as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities. Enhance skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team. High discipline to appropriately prioritize tasks, develop detailed designs with estimated efforts, and drive topics to completion. Ability to quickly ramp-up on latest AI and Gen-AI technologies, and prepare for upcoming use cases in SAP’s product road-maps. Demonstrate strong customer focus while actively working in and contributing to co-innovation projects with our customers.

 

What you bring

Required skills 

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. 1-5 years hands-on development experience. Strong programming background and excellent technical skills in ABAP / ABAP OO / OData / Fiori / UI5 / SQL / CDS Views. Good analytical and problem solving skills. High accountability and ownership, with utmost regard for quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business and technology environments.  Creativity combined with a pragmatic sense for feasibility and priorities  Agile development methodologies and tools, very good communication skills. Fluency both written and spoken in English. Strong team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments. Self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude and innovator mindset. Customer-oriented outcome-focused work attitude.
