Development Coordinator for Individual Giving, University Programs

The Division of Philanthropic Alumni Engagement (PAE) at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders, supporting the University's mission in education, research, and healthcare. We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Development Coordinator for Individual Giving, University Programs.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE's Individual Giving, University Programs department, reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Individual Giving, University Programs.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide administrative support for the AVC and University Programs leadership team.Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.Assist in the creation and generation of reports.Manage the department budget and handle expense reports.Coordinate arrangements for conference travel.Enter and edit information in the SalesForce/Affinaquest database.Act as the primary liaison between the University Programs team and the CFO.Partner with the CFO on tasks such as entering invoices into the Panther Express (PEX) system and monitoring payments to vendors.Provide detailed information around internal transfers.Work with external vendors to set up new contracts, ensure successful completion, and ensure on-time payments.
