Develop products and product variants with agreed specification (performance, time, cost, quality, standards and process conformity).

Job Responsibilities

- Lead feasibility study of new product development, evaluate technical route and create development plan
- 主导完成新产品可行性研究，评估技术路线，制定开发计划
- Responsible for the design of new products from existing platforms to mass production in Nanjing factory
- 负责南京工厂量产平台的新产品设计到量产
- Design screen/stencil for solder resist printing, solder paste printing and TIM (e.g. thermal paste) printing
- 设计阻焊、锡膏印刷丝网/钢网，以及导热硅脂印刷钢网
- Create data, BOM, drwaings of new products in SAP
- 在SAP中创建新产品资料，BOM，图纸等信息
- Create design rule and development guide in Chinese with focus on product platforms in Nanjing factory
- 争对南京工厂量产平台产品创建中文设计规则和开发指导文件

Background & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Power Electronics, mechanical engineering, material science or a comparable field of study.
本科及以上学历，电力电子、机械工程、材料科学或相关专业
Over 5 years work experience in power semiconductors, at least 3 years of power module development with experience of leading complete new product development process
5年以上功率半导体从业经验，至少3年功率模块开发经验，并主导过完整新产品项目开发流程
Proficienct in using at least one of the mechanical design software NX, SolidWorks
熟练掌握和使用至少一种机械制图软件如NX，Solidworks
Knowledge of ISO-GPS standards, and ability to create engineering drawings as required
了解ISO-GPS标准，能够按要求输出工程图纸
Able to complete DBC layout design and optimize heat dissipation, basic understanding of selecting bond wires
能独立完成DBC布局设计，并优化散热，了解绑定线选型
Familiar with general power module production process (printing, die attach, vacuum soldering, aluminum wire bonding, pin soldering/welding, etc.)
熟悉常规功率模块生产工艺（印刷，贴片，真空焊接，铝线绑定，pin针焊接等）
Familiar with IGBT/SiC chips, packaging materials and their features (baseplate, housing, DBC/AMB, solder paste/preform, bond wire, silicone gel, etc.)
熟悉IGBT/SiC芯片、封装材料极其特性 （基板，外壳，DBC/AMB，锡膏/焊片，绑定线，硅胶等）
Basic understanding of IGBT/SiC static and dynamic parameters, as well as topology application (commutation loop, stray inductance optimization). 
了解IGBT/SiC器件静态、动态参数，拓扑应用（换流回路，杂散电感优化）
Familiar with insulation coordination in power module design, and basic understanding of reliability tests
熟悉功率模块设计中的绝缘规范，了解可靠性测试项目
Fluent in English, able to write technical documents in English and participate in global technical meetings
英语流利，能撰写英文技术文档和参与全球技术会议
Proficient in Office software
熟练掌握Office办公软件
Teamwork mentality and good communication skills
团队合作意识，良好的沟通能力
