For our site in Ettlingen, we are searching for a Development Engineer / Component Manager (CM) for electrical and cooling infrastructure components in our Preclinical Imaging Instruments (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Nuclear Molecular Imaging and Magnetic Particle Imaging). Typical examples for such components are power distribution cabinets, uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs), heat exchangers, chillers, etc.

 

You will hold the technical and regulatory responsibility for these components during their entire life cycle including development, transfer to production and sustaining engineering. Furthermore, the responsibilities include managing technical interfaces between the instruments and the installation sites regarding electrical installation, cooling and air conditioning/ventilation.
