Responsibilities:

Lead projects in the field of sensor systems for the QCS. Develop and adapt measurement techniques and sensor systems. Develop new applications for existing sensor and measurement techniques. Test and implement new measurement techniques and sensor systems in field trials. Support the local and global organization with your expertise. Regular coordination with the international R&D team

Requirements:

MSc or PhD in physics or engineering in a relevant domain related to measurement technologies, e.g. optronics and image processing. First work experience in relevant fields (company or university) Solid spoken and written English Education or experience in the field of pulp and paper industry is an asset. Initial work experience in relevant positions in a company or university is an advantage. Good technical understanding and quick comprehension Goods analytical skills Good social and communication skills Willing to work in laboratory / office and in the field, including customer sites. Knowledge or experience in the field of pulp and paper industry is advantageous. A good command in English, both verbal and written are essential.
