Providing leadership for a team of SW and HW Designers or Engineers as well as run major projects from a technical perspective for the Diagnostic Imaging Business unit.
Your role:
Management of Transducer new product development and technology projectsFunctional Manager of a team of Engineers and Technicians made up of cross functional disciplines. Be a key contributor to the cross-site Transducer R&D staff and on assigned new product development projects, business critical improvement initiatives and activities. Assist as needed in developing Transducer R&D strategies and planning.You're the right fit if:
BS in Technical Engineering Discipline. Prior experience and proven ability to work on a leadership team, as well as participating and contributing to a major product development core team.Experience providing leadership and direction of a team, and coaching direct reports in an R & D environment.Good motivational and communication skills; both written and verbal ability to present on status of projects to senior management, and develop and manage budgets.Experience in good Project Management principles and practices.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.About Philips
