We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Developer Expert to lead one of the teams within our core product. The ideal candidate would possess exceptional technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This role involves leading a team, overseeing the design and implementation of critical features, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our services.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. Foster a positive and productive team environment.

 

Technical Oversight:

Oversee the entire development lifecycle of the assigned service, from architecture to deployment. Ensure that the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and guidelines. Collaborate with other team leads and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

 

Service Development:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions. Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.

 

Qualifications:
 

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.

 

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, JavaScrypt). Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).

 

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
