ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
Assist with execution of select projects within the current development pipeline with properties in various stages Work with Analysts & Associates on project feasibility studies (Market research, underwriting, investment thesis) and financial closings.Assist with the management of various stakeholders through Design, Construction Cost exercises, and Value EngineeringProject Management through due diligence, entitlement & permitting, scheduling, and constructionPerform constructability and coordination reviews, including pre-construction planning, scheduling and cost controlDay to day liaison with design/construction teamsMaintain scope and cost while meeting schedule and quality goalsOversee cost management reportingUphold and represent Gilbane’s core values and reputation QualificationsEducation/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree. Master’s degree preferred, in real estate development related field (i.e., engineering, architecture, construction, finance, law, economics).3-5 years' experience in construction and/or real estate development Self-starter with the ability to work on three to four overlapping projects efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to execute at a high level High degree of organizational skills and problem-solving abilityAbility to prioritize/execute to achieve desired company and project goals with prudence and sense of urgencyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong relevant computer skillsSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Providence, RI this ranges from $123,800.00-$170,200.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Boston, MA this ranges from $137,900.00-$189,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
For Arlington, VA this ranges from $137,900.00-$189,700.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
