We’re looking for a proactive, deal-savvy professional to lead sourcing, negotiating, and closing hotel franchise and management agreements. This autonomous role focuses on building strong client networks, developing strategic plans for territory growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities:** + Source, evaluate, and close hotel deals in alignment with company objectives. + Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to optimise hotel distribution and maximise shareholder value. + Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and other key stakeholders. + Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial feasibility, prepare pitches, and ensure smooth deal execution. + Provide regular reporting on deal flow and ensure seamless handover to the New Hotels Opening team. **What We Need From You:** + Extensive experience in Finance, Real Estate, or Hotel Management. + 5-8 years in hotel-focused real estate finance, acquisitions, or banking, with experience managing complex hotel deals. + Strong understanding of hotel lifecycle, construction/renovation requirements, and contract models (FLA/HMA/Lease). + Proven financial acumen and project management skills across multi-functional teams. + Fluent in English, with additional European language skills preferred.
