Development Officer Position Summary 

The Development Officer – Delaware plays a crucial role in fundraising and donor relations for the hospital foundation under the supervision of the Annual Giving Manager. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for healthcare philanthropy. The Development Officer works closely with the Annual Giving Manager and other team members to develop and implement fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors, and support the mission and goals of the hospital foundation.

 

Development Officer Position Requirements 

Education

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience

Two(2) years of professional experience in charitable fund-raising activities is required. Experience working with the Sussex County community is preferred. RE NXT experience is preferred

 

Development Officer Benefits 

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
