Job Summary
The Operations Associate position is designed to provide training for a career within the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Development department. This is the fundraising department for the hospital. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Facilities, the Development Operations Associate will provide administrative support to Development finance, facilities, human resources, research, and information systems teams. This is a hybrid position with some work required to be completed at the office at Assembly Row in Somerville and some work that can be completed remotely.
