The Development Sciences Rotation Program (DSRP) is a two year program, with up to four 6 month rotations in different functions of the Development Sciences and Translational Medicine organizations and Computational Sciences. DSRP participants work on technical and scientific projects alongside our Scientists. The rotations are tailored to provide exciting and meaningful assignments, training in technical and business acumen skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors.
Education Level: Recent graduates or current senior in a Bachelor's program (recent graduates must be within two years since graduating from an undergraduate program)
Preferred Majors/Disciplines: Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related disciplines
Start Date: August 2025
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: South San Francisco, CA. This is an onsite role.
Length of Assignment: 2 years
Rotations may occur in the following functions:
BioAnalytical Sciences (BAS)
Clinical Pharmacology (ClinPharm)
gRED Computational Sciences (gCS)
Translational Medicine - Ophthalmology, Metabolism, Neuroscience, and Immunology/Infectious Disease Biomarker Development (TMOMNI)
Translational Medicine - Oncology Biomarker Development TMOBD)
Preclinical and Translational Pharmacokinetics (PTPK)
Translational Safety
Throughout the rotation assignments, program participants are considered fixed term employees for 2 years of their assigned departments.

Candidates should also be passionate about helping patients and their local communities. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $61,500 and $114,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
