**Description**
Position is responsible for the development of 360 Global Education programs with a focus on seasonal strategies and curriculum design for all digital education platforms, classroom (in person and virtual) and point of sale coaching. This position is also responsible for development of AERIN education in partnership with the AERIN team. Position requires strong partnerships with On⁃line, Consumer Engagement, Creative, Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Regional Education teams in Asia, NOAM, EMEA and Travel retail to ensure consistency of messages and execution of all programs across all channels. Strategically leads and speaks on behalf of the Beauty Advisor with all disciplines in New York. Works closely with markets prior to development of global programs to gain alignment.Key Responsibilities:⁃ Leads development of blended learning curriculum design for Beauty Advisor and Sales Associates globally, creates variants for Asia, Anglo, NOAM and Emerging Markets based on marketing calendar and regional priorities and needs⁃ Drives the development of high⁃touch branded expert programs across skincare, makeup & fragrance⁃including Global Pro Artistry, Pro Skincare & Fragrance Ambassador programs⁃ Manages and develops Associates and Manager, on Global Development, in the design of digital curriculum/zoom classroom and support elements such as videos, digital tools and PPT⁃ Leads the development of mono & multi⁃branded learning strategies across all digital platforms⁃ Develops selling strategy and communications for seasonal launches including fact sheets, teaching templates and selling tools including UGC and social selling guidelines⁃ Shapes service strategy programs that develop our BA skills to provide outstanding service experience⁃ Collaborates with Retail Experience, Consumer Engagement, Online and Product Marketing teams to drive omni & consumer education assets, retail technology & Beauty Services⁃ Oversees the development and delivery of digital trend report⁃seasonal tool leveraged across multiple channels⁃on line, retail experience app in store and ELX⁃ Conducts train the trainer workshops supporting new programs⁃ Establish strong relationships with markets to ensure regional expertise, market and special needs are met

⁃ Position requires strategic thinking, creativity and expertise in all areas of education including the ability to develop and implement innovative education programs⁃ Strong leadership skills and project management skills⁃ Strong relationship building skills with internal and external partnerships⁃ Excellent written and oral communication, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities to and focus team in right direction⁃ Job requires moderate travel to both Domestic and International Markets
