Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage a cross-functional team of software engineers in delivering a high-impact, complex project. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and problem-solving.

 

Qualifications:

 

7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Java or C++ development. 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role, managing software development teams and complex projects. Expertise in software design patterns, architecture, and agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions. Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
