Liberty Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist who has experience supporting this community. This full-time position allows you to play a vital role in helping individuals receive essential services to enhance their quality of life. Your day-to-day work will focus on: Engaging in meaningful conversations with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families and support networks Answering customer inquiries and address concerns with empathy and understanding Providing clear information about available health and human services, including application processes and expected wait times Documenting important details from conversations to ensure accurate communication Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders Actively participating in ongoing training and development.
